Symptomatic Care

At Upper Cumberland Cancer Care, we work hard to minimize the symptoms our patients experience from their cancer or their treatments.  Weakness, shortness of breath, anxiety, depression, insomnia, loss of appetite, and loss of taste are symptoms that many cancer patients may face during the course of their illness.  We work harder than most offices to help you with these problems.  Pain is another symptom that most people diagnosed with cancer fear.  Fortunately, most patients that have pain as a symptom of their cancer do so for only a part of their illness.  We work aggressively to treat this troublesome aspect of cancer.
